Nutrition Challengers – What You Need To Know / Do

  • Pay $25 Entry Fee – Now!
  • Everyone doing the challenge must send Tim@CrossFit908.com an email with the following
    • Starting weight
    • Benchmark workout AND lift total reps
    • Before pictures if taken at home
  • 1 gluten free alcoholic beverage is allowed per day
  • Print your score sheets out, and start keeping track.  The most amount of points that can be received in one-day is 4, and the least is 0.
  • Post all questions and comments to the blog.  Post recipes and suggestions to help some of the new people!
