Hey, made some turkey meatballs last night. I used almond meal instead of cashew and baby bellas instead of shitake and I put all veggies in food processor. Came out good. Used no sugar marinara. Yum. In case anyone is looking to do some cooking;) – Tkal

wow, this looks good, will have to try. I noted that Tomato is on the fruit list. I had read another Paleo article that said that if you want to lose weight (not that i’m trying to) that you should exclude fruits as much as possible. I’m glad i don’t have to avoid.
Because i have some Kale that has survived the winter and is growing like a bread mold i’ve been sautéing/steaming a lot of that. Yes, it can get tired. I took some i had steamed and some really nice tomato sauce (from scratch mind you, no sugar) and it was pretty good.
Hope i’m not making any mistakes w/the food list but i’m sticking to it. I noticed no dates or raisins on the list – ok, i’ll stay away but i could use a few dates. Also, seaweed is not on the list. But a seaweed mix w/some sesame seeds and slight bit of oil/vinegar – nice change.
hmm, there is coconut water on the “Good” foods list. I don’t think i’ve ever had coconut water without rum tho, what a shame.
