GOALS – It’s the time again.  The goal board hasn’t changed in three months. There were some great milestones met since the beginning of the year.  Did you work towards your goal?  Are you almost there? Did you completely ignore your goal?  The whiteboard will be erased this week.  You can put your old goal back up.  Make sure your goals are feasible and actionable. You should be able to work towards them weekly.  Our next goal deadline will be Memorial Day Weekend.   We’ll use the next couple months to repeat some CrossFit benchmark workouts as a progress check.
