  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Skill Work – 3Rds (Not for time)
    • 10 HSPU (25#’s to 1 abmat as rx)
    • 30 Double Unders
  • WOD – 3 rds each for time with 3 min rest between each rounds
    • 600m run
    • 25 Push Ups
    • 25 Pull Ups
  • Accessory – 2 min plank front + 1 min each side
  • Stretch
