05/22/12 – Tuesday Triplet

A few announcements:

  • ZenPlanner switch!  You should have all received an e-mail with your username/password to login to ZenPlanner.  Please login to pre-register for a class.  Once you get to the gym, your first step will be to sign in on the computer to the left.  This deducts the class from your membership, and is a necessity for attendance going forth.  Yes, this means signing in twice -preregistering reserves your spot in the class, and signing in at the gym states you attended the class.
  • Anyone who is attending regionals and is staying in Jim R’s, Brian S’s, Lara’s, or Pat’s room — Please bring a check/money to pay for the hotel room.  Speak to your room captain about how much it’ll run ya for the nights you’re staying
  • Men’s regional t-shirts have arrived!  The women’s t-shirt order was messed up, so we are getting them reprinted and should have them by Thursday hopefully.  $20 a tee, cash only.
  • New Fundamentals class starts next Tuesday, May 29th
  • Gym is closed this Saturday and next Monday.

  • Push Jerk – 3×5 @ 75% (Clean from floor)
  • WOD – 12 min AMRAP
    • 5 HSPU
    • 10 Hang Dumbbell Snatch (40-45/25-30) (5 each arm)
    • 20 Double Unders (Sub 60 singles)
  • Accessory – 2 x 30 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
