A few announcements:
- ZenPlanner switch! You should have all received an e-mail with your username/password to login to ZenPlanner. Please login to pre-register for a class. Once you get to the gym, your first step will be to sign in on the computer to the left. This deducts the class from your membership, and is a necessity for attendance going forth. Yes, this means signing in twice -preregistering reserves your spot in the class, and signing in at the gym states you attended the class.
- Anyone who is attending regionals and is staying in Jim R’s, Brian S’s, Lara’s, or Pat’s room — Please bring a check/money to pay for the hotel room. Speak to your room captain about how much it’ll run ya for the nights you’re staying
- Men’s regional t-shirts have arrived! The women’s t-shirt order was messed up, so we are getting them reprinted and should have them by Thursday hopefully. $20 a tee, cash only.
- New Fundamentals class starts next Tuesday, May 29th
- Gym is closed this Saturday and next Monday.
- Nutrition Challenge – If you dropped out, please email me so I can finalize the results!
Schedule –
- Mobility Warm Up
- 4 Rounds – 5 minutes each / 1 min rest between rounds
- 400m Run to start each round
- AMRAP in the remaining time
- 5 deadlifts (225#/135# or no more than 60% of 1RM)
- 7 Burpees
- 9 V-Ups
- Accessory – 3 x 12 TTB – rest as needed
- Stretch
The holiday inn has an indoor pool, so don’t forget to pack your bathing suits this weekend!
