05/24/12 – Recover/Work on a Goal

A few announcements:

  • ZenPlanner switch! You should have all received an e-mail with your username/password to login to ZenPlanner.  Please login to pre-register for a class.  Once you get to the gym, your first step will be to sign in on the computer to the left.  This deducts the class from your membership, and is a necessity for attendance going forth.  Yes, this means signing in twice -preregistering reserves your spot in the class, and signing in at the gym states you attended the class.
  • Anyone who is attending regionals and is staying in Jim R’s, Brian S’s, Lara’s, or Pat’s room — Please bring a check/money to pay for the hotel room.  Speak to your room captain about how much it’ll run ya for the nights you’re staying
  • Regional t-shirts have arrived! **Whoever is coming to regionals and hasn’t picked theirs up, we will be bringing them with us.***  The rest will be at the gym for everyone else to pick up.  $20 a tee, cash only.
  • New Fundamentals class starts next Tuesday, May 29th
  • Gym is closed this Saturday and next Monday.
  • Nutrition Challenge – If you dropped out, please email me so I can finalize the results!

  • Those of you who signed up for dinner this weekend:  Dinner reservations for Friday night are at Legal Seafood in Dedham, and for Saturday night at Wicked Wine Bar in Dedham.
