  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Strength – 3 x 5 Strict Pull Ups (Use weight if possible)
  • WOD – 4 Rds each for time – 2 min rest
    • 15 Pull Ups
    • 25 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
  • Accessory – 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
