- Mobility Warm Up
- Strength – 3 x 5 Strict Pull Ups (Use weight if possible)
- WOD – 4 Rds each for time – 2 min rest
- 15 Pull Ups
- 25 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
- Accessory – 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
- Stretch

8 rounds total? I don’t pick up med balls unless it’s a +hundo
Jay, it’s 4 rounds w/ a 2 min rest in between each. So a total of 60 pullups & 100 wb. Each round is for time.
