Tips and Tricks for Staying Health While Traveling – Mark’s Daily Apple

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – For Total Reps – Teams of 4 – Tabata Mash Up
    • Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
    • Burpees
    • Farmers Reverse Lunges (30#’s/20#)
    • Hollow Hold
    • NOTE – One teammate will start at each station.  At the count of 3-2-1-GO each person will work for 20 seconds, and then rest for 10 seconds, rotating to the next station.  Each team member will move through each of the four movements a total of 8 times.  Example – Team member #1 – 20 sec kettlebell Swing, 10 sec rest, 20 sec burpees, 10 sec rest, 20 sec farmers reverse lunges 10 sec rest, 20 sec hollow hold, 10 sec rest, and then back to kb swings.
  • Finisher – 2 minutes max push ups
  • Stretch
