07/16/12 – First Aid / CPR / AED Certification

***Hi all, due to the fireworks being held tonight in Berkeley Heights, Summit Ave will be closed tonight starting at 6PM. The gym is OPEN, you either need an Auto Pass (you can pick them up at the gym), or you will have to park on Springfield Ave somewhere and walk up Summit Ave. This just affects tonight’s classes, and Summit Ave will reopen tomorrow.***  Sorry for the inconvenience!

We will be offering two AHA Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED certification classes. The first set of classes will be held on July 18th and July 25th from 8 pm to 10 pm. The second class will be on Sunday, July 22nd from 4 pm to 8 pm. Cost is $65 per individual. CrossFit member discount is $55. Sign-up sheets will be left at the front desk. A second congratulations is in order for Heather H. who took 6th overall @ the Warrior Challenge on Saturday.  Heather also took first in her age group on Sunday at the Amber Pizzio Memorial Foundation 5k.  Go Heather!
