WOD – In teams of 3, complete 5 rounds of the following for total reps

  • 1 min – Dumbbell Thrusters (30-40/20-30)
  • 1 min – Kettlebell High Pull (70/53)
  • 1 min – Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 1 min – Rest
    • Note – Each member will complete each exercise, and then the team will rest together at the end of three minutes.  One teammate starts at each station. Only one person per exercise.
