• Skill – 5 x 5 Superset HSPU/Pull Up – Rest 60 sec between sets.  If possible work from a deficit on the handstands, and add weight on the pull ups
  • Conditioning – AMRAP 12
  • Accessory – 3 x 10+ Unbroken Toes To Bar.  If you can hit 20 reps, shoot for 3 x 20.  60 sec rest.
