The schedule has been updated. Here are the changes.
- 9am Classes – Now Monday through Friday
- 12pm Classes – Now ONLY Mon/Wed/Fri
- Saturday Classes – Now 8am and 9am

- Tue – Deadlift + Triplet
- Wed – You won’t want to miss this
- Thurs – Shoulder Press + Couplet (Since we were closed Monday, there will be a set workout. You can still work on a goal, but the class will be run like all others.)
- Fri – Back Squat + Sprints
- Sat – Triplet
Today –
- Strength – Deadlift – 4×7 @ 80%+ – Touch and Go – No reset – 2 min rest
- Conditioning – 3RFT
- 500m Row
- 25 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
- 25 Box Jumps (24″20″)
- Accessory – 8 x 10 on / 20 off hollow hold

OMG…I just realized what you said about the nooner…ONLY m/w/f…no tues/thurs :(…what will I do??? I guess the 9er :). We’ll always have the memories…xoxo
