09/04/12 – Schedule Change

The schedule has been updated.  Here are the changes.

  • 9am Classes – Now Monday through Friday
  • 12pm Classes – Now ONLY Mon/Wed/Fri
  • Saturday Classes – Now 8am and 9am

This week @ the FIT

  • Tue – Deadlift + Triplet
  • Wed – You won’t want to miss this
  • Thurs – Shoulder Press + Couplet (Since we were closed Monday, there will be a set workout.  You can still work on a goal, but the class will be run like all others.)
  • Fri – Back Squat + Sprints
  • Sat – Triplet

Today –

  • Strength – Deadlift – 4×7 @ 80%+ – Touch and Go – No reset – 2 min rest
  • Conditioning – 3RFT
    • 500m Row
    • 25 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
    • 25 Box Jumps (24″20″)
  • Accessory – 8 x 10 on / 20 off hollow hold
