12/03/12: Cleans and Burpees, Yum!

  • Mobility – Focus on Hips and Front Rack
  • Skill – 20 minutes to work up to a heavy squat clean
  • WOD – 10 min AMRAP ascending ladder with the following rep scheme 3,3-6,6-9,9 of:
    • Cleans (Squat – 135/95)
    • Burpees
  • Finisher – 8 x 15 sec on / 15 sec off Hollow Hold
