10/12/15: GSOver

Congratulations to all of the competitors from this past weekend.  We had a very successful event and had so many amazing performances.  Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us.  Check out the leaderboard HERE.  More thoughts to come tomorrow.  Still trying to process it all.

Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – Muscle Up – (Sx = Collect a total of 90 seconds in a ring support – Rx = Work on linking muscle ups – CRx = 4 sets of max muscle ups – rest 90 seconds)
  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds For time “Thief in the Night”
    • Row – 24 Cal
    • 18 Ring Dips
    • 12 Hang Clean & Jerk (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
  • Finisher – 3 sets – 15 Strict V-Ups / 20 Banded Good Mornings
