  • 10/29 – Drinks out @ Delicious Heights in BH – Thursday, October 29th @ 8PM (Freebie for Nutrition Challengers – more incentive to come out and celebrate our amazing community!)
  • 11/01 – CrossFit 908 will have a booth at the New Providence street fair. Encourage your friends to stop by and try to win our rowing contest.  Top 5 men and women will receive a free Fundamentals program!

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Superset – 5 Sets – Rest 2 min between sets
    • 10 Dumbbell Step Ups (no higher than 20″ box)
    • 10 Barbell Good Mornings (Add a little weight if possible)
    • 10 V-Ups
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Simple Math”
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 10 Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets
    • 10 Dumbbell Curls (Alternating – 10 each arm)
    • 10 Banded Tricep Extensions
