  • Conditioning – 10 Rounds For Time “Maverick & Goose” – Teams of 2 – 40 min time cap
    • Run 200m (together)
    • 20 Partner Wall Balls Over Pull Up Bar (Sx = 14# / Rx = 20# / CRx = 25#)
    • 20 Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″) – Alt. as desired
  • Finisher – Tabata V-Ups
