A big congratulations to everyone who completed 17.2. I know there were several 908ers who went out of their comfort zone and tried RX on 17.2. I also know there were several firsts. Congrats to everyone who got their first toe to bar, pull ups, chest to bar pull up, and bar muscle ups.
Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 4 x 12 Bench Press – Barbell
- Conditioning – 4 Rounds For Total Reps – Rest 2 min after each round
- AMRAP3
- Buy In – 20/15 Calorie Row
- In remaining time as many burpee box jumps as possible. (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)

- Finisher – 3 Sets – 15 KB Side Bends + 25 Russian Twists
