  • Skill – Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy Hang Snatch.
  • Conditioning – For Time – “Grenade Launcher”
    • 21 Power Snatch (Sx = 55#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 115#/75#)
    • 42 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20# to 10ft / 14# to 9ft)
    • 15 Power Snatch
    • 30 Wall Balls
    • 9 Power Snatch
    • 18 Wall Balls
  • Finisher – Collect a total of 90 seconds in a handstand hold
