03/11/17: Open Shirts Anyone?

ANNOUNCEMENT:  We are taking preorders for Team 908 CrossFit Open shirts! If you would like to preorder one, please email [email protected] – along with your size/style! Today’s Workout – 7am/8am only

  • For Time – Teams of 2 –
    • 30 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Add 10# each set / Rx = 135#/95# – Add 10# each set / CRx = 185#/125# – Add 20# each set)
    • 5 Synchro Burpee Over Bar
    • 20 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping Pull Ups / CRx = CTB)
    • 26 Deadlifts (Add weight from first set)
    • 5 Synchro Burpee Over Bar
    • 24 Pull Ups
    • 22 Deadlifts (Add weight from second set)
    • 5 Synchro Burpees Over Bar
    • 28 Pull Ups
    • 18 Deadlifts (Add weight from third set)
    • 5 Synchro Burpees Over Bar
    • 32 Pull ups
    • 14 Deadlifts (Add weight from fourth set)
    • 5 Synchro Burpees Over Bar
    • 36 Pull Ups
  • Finisher – 3 x 1:00 Plank – Use bands or weight if possible

Prior to 8:00, complete:
3 rounds of:
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 squat snatches (95 / 65 lb.)
Then, 3 rounds of:
7 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 squat snatches (135 / 95 lb.)
*Prior to 12:00, complete 3 rounds of:
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
4 squat snatches (185 / 135 lb.)
*Prior to 16:00, complete 3 rounds of:
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
3 squat snatches (225 / 155 lb.)
*Prior to 20:00, complete 3 rounds of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 squat snatches (245 / 175 lb.)
Prior to 24:00, complete 3 rounds of:
11 chest-to-bar pull-ups
1 squat snatch (265 / 185 lb.)
*If all reps are completed, time cap extends by 4
minutes.
