03/13/17: Congrats Nutrition Challengers

Congratulations to everyone who completed the Nutrition Challenge!  We have heard that there have been some phenomenal results, so please make sure you send Erin your final bodyweight and team score.  We will announce the winners by the end of the week.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 5 Dumbbell Thruster – All sets should be challenging.  This is a meant to be a strength piece.
  • Conditioning – “Roughneck Redux” – 4 Rounds – 2 min rest between rounds
    • AMRAP3 –
      • Buy in – 20/15 Calorie Row
      • In remaining time complete as many reps of wall balls as possible.  Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20# to 10ft/14#to 9ft
  • Finisher – 3 x 15 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows + 20 Banded Tricep Pull Downs
