Today’s Workout: 7am / 8am

  • Conditioning – Open Workout 17.5 – For Time
    • 10 Rounds For Time
      • 9 Thrusters (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65#)
      • 35 Double Unders (Sx = 35 Single Unders)
      • If you struggle with doubles, but you can do the Rx Thruster or vice versa, do that instead of doing both movements scaled.
  • Finisher – 4 x :Side Plank Each Side with 20 reach throughs

CROSSFIT OPEN WORKOUT 17.5 (Heats @ 9:30 / 10:00 / 10:30 / 11:00) – If you plan to do Rx and feel that you will take longer than 25 minutes, you will need to sign up for either heat 1 or heat 3.  Spots are limited in both, so make sure you get to the gym on time.  We are trying to run the heats as efficiently as possible, so that means breaking heats out by anticipated finishing time so we don’t have 4 heats at 40 minutes each.  This is in no way a push for anyone to do scaled instead of Rx.  It simply means that you need to be proactive with signing up for the heat that makes sense for you.

Time cap: 40 minutes

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 65 lb. and perform single-unders
Women use 45 lb. and perform single-unders

Masters 55+:
Men use 65 lb.
Women use 45 lb.

Scaled Masters 55+:
Men use 45 lb. and perform single-unders
Women use 35 lb. and perform single-unders
