04/01/17: Classes cancelled due to wet roads

With all of this moisture on the roads, we’ll be closing the gym today to ensure you go stir crazy sitting inside all day enjoying your April fools.

Today’s Workout:

  • Teams of 2 – 5 Rounds For Time – “XXXVI” – 40 min time cap
    • 36 Toes To Bar
    • 36 Back Squats (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 36 Calories on Rower
    • 36 Burpees
    • NOTE – One partner works at a time.  Alternate as desired.  Strategy – Break up reps into manageable, repeatable sets so the two of you are never both resting.
  • Finisher – Foam Roll / Stretch your hips.

Our fifth, and last (for now), 908 baby we welcome into this world is Gwendolyn Faith, Melissa and Augie’s beautiful new baby girl.  Congrats you two!
