- 36 Back Squats (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 36 Calories on Rower
- 36 Burpees
- NOTE – One partner works at a time. Alternate as desired. Strategy – Break up reps into manageable, repeatable sets so the two of you are never both resting.
- Finisher – Foam Roll / Stretch your hips.
