Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Take 15 minutes to find a 5 rep max Hang Power Clean
  • Conditioning – Every 4 minutes x 4 rounds
    • 50 Double Unders (:30 Attempts or 100 Singles)
    • 30 Russian Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 50 Double Unders
    • NOTE – if you go over the 4 minute time frame, complete the rest of the workout as an AMRAP.
  • Finisher – For Time – 35/25 Cal on Assault Bike
