    • 7 Pull Ups (Sx = 7 Jumping Pull Ups / CRx = 7 CTB Pull Ups OR 3 Bar Muscle Ups)
    • 15 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 14# to 9ft / 20# to 10ft)
  • Finisher – 4 Sets – 15 KB Side Bends + 20 Goblet Lunges
