04/13/17: Leg Day!

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – 2 Front Squats – Start @ 70% of 1RM
  • Conditioning – Follow the leader style – AMRAP15 – Teams of 4-5
    • 10/8 Cal Bike Sprint (No more than 30 seconds)
    • 100ft sled push (add weight if desired, but the idea is to keep the push at a sprint pace)
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 15 Wtd Sit Ups / 15 Weighted Hip Bridges
