    • 3 Deadlifts (5lbs heavier than 4/7)
    • 5 Burpees Over The Bar
  • Conditioning – Teams of 2 – 16 Rounds Total – Alternate Each Round
    • 8 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 8 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35## – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 8 Toes To Bar (Sx = Weighted Sit Up)
  • Finisher – 1 Mile Jog
