04/24/17: Row Much Fun

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Part A – Teams of 2
    • 3 x 1K Row Each – Alternate – Focus is on your rowing technique.  We want your first few pulls to look like your last few pulls.  Being consistent end efficient will keep your fresher longer, and allow you to start setting some PRs on the rower.
  • Conditioning – Part B – EMOM8 – “Flying V”
    • 10 Burpees (Sx = 6 Burpees)
    • Max rep V-ups in remaining time of each minute
  • Finisher – 5 x 10 KB Side Bends + :20 Side Plank
