05/12/17: Mother's Day Yoga – Free Class!

Fifth Annual Mother’s Day Yoga@908 class!

In honor of Mother’s Day, Karen Kelly has prepared a special FREE yoga class for Sunday, May 14th at 8:30 a.m. Join her and feel free to bring your parent, your spouse, your friend, your child (must be able to do yoga for the hour long class) or just yourself…. to honor mothers everywhere.

The complimentary class will include breathing, stretching, balancing, flows, and the best… a restorative, relaxing savasana! All levels are welcome!

Reminder – We are closed Saturday for Barbells and Beers.  If you are around, come swing by and cheer on some of your fellow 908ers!

Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – Every 2 min for 10 min
    • 200m Run
    • 2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 2 Mod Rope Climbs / CRx = 2 Legless Rope Climbs)
  • Conditioning – 21-15-9
    • Dumbbell Snatch 1-for-1 (Sx = 40#/30# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
    • Toes To Bar (Sx = Hanging Leg Raises or V-Ups)
  • Finisher – 300m Overhead Carry
