Today’s Workout:

  • Against a 20 minute running clock complete the following
    • “Diane” – 21-15-9 reps for time of
      • Deadlift (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 155#/105# – CRx = 225#/155#)
      • Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Box or DB Push Press / Rx = Head to Ground)
    • In remaining time establish a 1 rep max clean and jerk
  • Finisher – 4 Sets –
    • :30 Side Plank Each Side
    • 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry
    • 100ft Heavy Farmers Carry
