08/10/17: Welcome, Jen!

I would like to officially welcome Jen P. as our new CF 908 intern.  You will see Jen around for the next several months as she shadows classes, helps with Fundamentals, and develops her coaching.  Make sure to introduce yourself to her when you see her at the gym.

  • Conditioning – 3 RFT – “Cannonball Run”
    • 800m Run
    • 50 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20# to 10ft / 14# to 9ft)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 150ft Single Arm Farmers Carry as heavy as possible
