Berkeley Heights 5K – On Sunday, 09/17 @ 9:30am Erin and I will be running in the Berkeley Heights 5k. We are signed on as a sponsor this year, and we want to show our support for this great charity run by trying to get as many of you to sign up as possible. - Finisher – 400m Single Arm Overhead Carry – Alternate as needed
