- 100 Double Unders (Sx = 50 DU’s / 150 Single Unders)
- NOTE: Partners alternate who is working and who is resting every 2 minutes. After you complete 2 minutes of work and prior to starting your next two minutes of work you must complete Sx = 5 / Rx = 7 / CRx = 10 Burpees
- Finisher – Push Ups – Sx = 40 / Rx = 60 / CRx = 80 – Every set must be a max effort set. No pacing. Rest 30 seconds between sets.
