11/20/17: A Space Lift

Hey all, we worked tirelessly this weekend to make some improvements to the workout area at 908.  It literally took the entire weekend.  Big shout out to Pat, Stina, Jake, Erin, Jim R., and Dottie for all of the ridiculously hard work.  We hope you enjoy the new layout of the workout area.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Strict Press – 5 x 5 as challenging as possible
  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds For Time
    • 20 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 30 Single Arm Push Press – 15 R / 15 L (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – Crx = 50#/35#)
    • 40 Abmat Sit Ups
  • Finisher – 3 x 15 KB Side Bends + :30 Hollow Hold
