  • Teams of 3 – AMRAP30
    • Partner A –
      • 7 Deadlifts (Sx = 135#/95# / Rx = 185#/125# – CRx = 225#/155#)
      • 7 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
      • 7 Ring Dips
    • Partner B – Row For Calories
    • Partner C – Rest
    • Every time one round is completed, all partners rotate.  Partner A must tag B who must tag C.  B and C should stay working / resting until they are tagged.
  • Finisher – Chill / Rest / Mobilize / Foam Roll / Chat it up
