Today’s Workout:
- Strength – Teams of 2 – Find a heavy 5-rep back squat – 20 minutes
- Conditioning – Teams of 2 – 5 Rounds For Total Reps
- 1 min – Max Burpee Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 1 min – Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 1 min – Rest
- Note: One partner will start on the burpee box jumps and one partner will start on wall balls. At the one minute mark partners will switch. Everyone rests at minute 3.
- Finisher – 50 Wtd Sit Ups
