  • For Time – 27-21-15-9 reps for time of – “Dragon Breath”
    • Calorie Row
    • Heavy Wall Balls (Regardless of weight, the standard is 10ft/9ft for guys/ladies)
    • Burpees to target (Attempt 6″ above standing reach)
  • Accessory – 3 Sets – 60ft Single Arm Overhead Carry – Every 20 ft complete 5 presses (15 total press per arm per 60ft)
