  • Strength – Power Clean – 5 x 3 – Work touch and go reps, but all sets should be challenging
  • Conditioning – For Time – “The Death of Julius”
    • 15-12-9-6-3 reps of
      • Pull Ups (Sx – Ring Rows / CRx = CTB)
      • Thrusters (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/75#)
      • Power Clean (Same)
  • Accessory – 5 x 5 Pendlay Rows w/ barbell
