Reminder – This Friday, 03/23, we will be hosting the CrossFit Open workout 18.5 at night starting at 5pm. We will not be hosting the workout on Saturday. Saturday will resume its normal schedule.
Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 5 Sets – Last completed – 02/14
- 10 Strict Pull Ups
- 10 Dumbbell Bench Press
- Conditioning – For Time – “Bruce Lee”
- 10-11-12-13-14-15 Toes To Bar (Sx = Knees to chest or straight leg raise or V-Ups)
- 50 Double Unders after each set (Sx = 2 for 1 singles)
- Accessory – 3 Sets – 10 Dumbbell Curls + 20 Banded Tricep Extensions
