Today’s Workout:
- Strength – Single Arm Shoulder Press (KB or DB) – Test 5 rep max – Rest 1 minute between arms
- Conditioning – 3 Rounds For Time
- 25 Burpees
- 25 Pull Ups (CRx = 20 CTB each round OR 10 Bar MU)
- Accessory – Handstand Hold – Collect a total of two minutes (CRx = Handstand Walking – collect a total of 100ft)
