  • Conditioning – 5 Sets –
    • :30 Max Toes To Bar (Sx = Straight Leg Raise OR V-Ups)
    • 1:00 Max Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 1:30 Rest
  • Accessory – 3 x 10 Cossack Squats + 10 Side Plank Heel Taps
