The 2023 CrossFit Open starts in less than two wee The 2023 CrossFit Open starts in less than two weeks! The Open is something that we, as an affiliate, have participated in since its inception in 2011. This will be @tim.carroll’s 13th Open! As daunting as it is to sign up for “competition,” it is really just a challenge of you vs. you. It’s a great opportunity to push yourself, see what you are capable of, and benchmark your current level of fitness. You’ll walk away from it feeling accomplished and likely have a whole new set of goals to work on over the next year. Every year we get shirts made to celebrate the Open and the effort put forth by all of the 908ers. There is a preorder form. You can check your inbox for the link, or click the link in bio. Sign up, show up, and wear your Open shirt proudly. We know how hard you all work day in and day out. Let’s put it to the test.
