The 2022 Garden State Open is just a few short wee

The 2022 Garden State Open is just a few short weeks away on Saturday, 10/01.

So far there are over 120 athletes signed up representing 40 local gyms / CrossFit affiliates.

💥 Here is the standards video for Workout #2 - "Why is 6 Afraid of 7?!"

It is a 6 minute AMRAP of 7 box jumps overs, 8 alternating dumbbell snatches, and 9 toes to bar for our Rx/M40+ divisions and 9 abmat sit ups for our scaled division. Your score is your total number of rounds and reps completed. Please reference the video for weights and scaling options.

A portion of the proceeds will go to @calvarycare in honor of late 908 member Jim Van Note who passed away in July 2022 after battling brain cancer for over 10 years. Calvary Care is dedicated to providing hospice and palliative care to adult patients with advanced cancer and life-limiting illness.
