Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 10 Alternating (As challenging as possible)
    • Ring Row
    • Ring Dip
  • Conditioning – AMRAP18
    • Run 400m
    • 10 Dumbbell Push Press (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#+/35#+)
    • 10 DB Hang Power Clean (Same weight)
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Strict Pull Ups
