Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – 10-15 min Rope Climb Instruction (You will need a sleeve to protect your leg.  This one is my favorite.)
  • EMOM12
    • Odd Min – 1-2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 5-10 Strict Pull Ups)
    • Even Min – 15 Wall Balls (SX = 10)
  • Finisher – 1K Row Time Trial (Go for a PR)
