    • Odd Min – Strict Pull Ups (Sx = 5 / Rx = 7 / CRx = 9)
    • Even Min – DB Push Press (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#+/40#+)
  • Conditioning – 15-12-9-6-3 – 10 min time cap (Realistically you should be well under this)
    • Deadlift (Sx = 115#/75# – Rx = 165#/115# – CRx = 245#/165#)
    • Box Jump (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
  • Finisher – 4 x 30 Sec Hollow Hold + 10 Press Ups – Rest 1 min
