- Strength – EMOM10 – 2 Deadlift (Start @ 70% of 1RM and increase by feel. Goal is to finish above 85%)
- Conditioning – 4Rds – Score each round individually. Try to keep the intensity each round.
- AMRAP3 –
- 5 Power Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 165#/115#)
- 6 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB)
- 7 Burpees
- Rest 1 Min

- Finisher – 3 x 30 sec Hollow Hold / 15 Press Ups – Rest 1 min
