09/08/14: Mondeads

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – 2 Deadlift (Start @ 70% of 1RM and increase by feel.  Goal is to finish above 85%)
  • Conditioning – 4Rds – Score each round individually.  Try to keep the intensity each round.
    • AMRAP3 –
      • 5 Power Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 165#/115#)
      • 6 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB)
      • 7 Burpees
    • Rest 1 Min
  • Finisher – 3 x 30 sec Hollow Hold / 15 Press Ups – Rest 1 min
