09/26/14: Push It Real Good…

We are bringing back the MetroWave plunge tank for anyone interested in getting their body fat tested.  We need a minimum of 20-people and we need to know ASAP as the tank would be coming on Monday, September 29th.  The cost is $100 for tow tests (beginning and end) or $60 for one-test.  Please e-mail [email protected] to reserve your spot.  Appointments are available in 15 minute slots between 8am – 9pm.  Remember, we need 20 people so please e-mail Erin if you want to do it!

  • Skill – Push Jerk OR Split Jerk – Build to a heavy triple (20 min)
  • Conditioning – 2 Rounds Each For Time – Rest 3 min between rounds
    • 6 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Press / Rx = Ground / CRx = Deficit)
    • 20 Double Unders
    • 5 Strict HSPU
    • 20 Double Unders
    • 4 Strict HSPU
    • 20 Double Unders
